Reliable, compact and fantastic customer service
I use this sprinkler timer to add water to our pond. It is easy to program and simply does its job. No leaks so far. I particularly like that this timer is much smaller and lighter than the one I used before while providing the same functionality. I recommend this timer and would buy it again.UPDATE 10/16/23:Close to 1 year after purchasing the timer, it stopped working. The “low battery” symbol appeared, so I thought it was just a matter of replacing the batteries. However, as it turned out, things went downhill from there. With the new batteries the display started behaving erratically. A few days later the display went completely dead. I then tried multiple sets of new batteries but no luck. I was ready to give up and buy a new timer but decided to contact the seller since I had seen in a review that there may be a 18-month warranty. Sure enough, the seller responded quickly and offered to send a free replacement timer out to me. I received the new timer a couple of days ago and it works great. That’s very impressive customer service for which I would add another star if I had not already given 5 stars as part of the original review.

Good timer, easy to use, but some flow restriction
This is a good timer. It is very easy to set and has worked well. The only issue I have is that it does restrict flow to some degree compared to the faucet alone. I donât have high pressure at the faucets of this old house, so I am limited in the number of low flow heads I can operate simultaneously. If you donât need max flow, or can easily make multiple settings, this is a good choice.

Works great, easy to setup and works as it should. Battery life seems to be good. Just remember if you water, to shut the water off when finished unless you water more often. I sometimes just water under the manual mode but if you have it set for early morning it will turn on when set. I forgot and got up early and heard the water running with no water hose hooked up to the timer just water running on the ground but my fault not the timer. I would recommend this product.

Warning: This is NOT Set and Forget
I purchased and planted 50 green giant arborvitaes at a substantial expense. I ran drip lines to each plant and installed this two zone timer to ensure they survived the summer. Today I noticed one of the trees looking a little sick so I went to the timer to do a manual watering only to find out that it’s no longer working, only 3 months after putting it into service.I have a single zone brand name timer that has been working perfectly for 7 years and wasn’t expecting problems from what seemed to be a simple product.So, a word of warning to buyers. This is not a set and forget product. Mine failed quickly and would have cost me an enormous sum of money had I not discovered the problem before more damage was caused. I thought my plantings were being watered. They weren’t. I don’t know for how long and when this product failed.I wouldn’t recommend this product. I’ll be going back to name brand product. Serves me right for buying cheap off brand Chinese crap.____________________________________________________UPDATE: Seller contacted me and refunded me for the amount paid. If I didn’t have to spend time resolving the problem caused and given the very real potential that I could have killed some very expensive plants, I think the review needs to remind buyers to check this timer every couple of weeks to make sure it’s working.

UPDATE The seller reached out and sent me a replacement which worked great! A+ customer serviceI ordered two of these for my yard. The timers worked very well and the interface wasnât terrible. And then a few weeks later, they failed and now they donât close so water is constantly flowing regardless of the timer.

Great Support, Unreliable product performance
Position 2 would not function despite several attempts to reset unit, E-mailed Vendor for suggestion’s to resolve. They were extremely responsive, and replaced the unit, they also continued to follow-up to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Very Happy with their level of response, the unit may have been an outlier, Hence the 3 star review. Otherwise a 5 star would have been justified.

Amazing product and customer service
I ordered this timer for a misting system for my chickens in this brutal North Texas heat. It performed beautifully, but didn’t have a feature that I needed. I reached out to the seller for help in programming it as I needed it, because I couldn’t figure it out. While the instructions are simple, I just couldn’t get it to do one feature I needed. They responded informing me that that model wouldn’t do what I specifically needed. Mind you, there was nothing negative at all about it, it just lacked a feature I needed. Not only were they helpful and FAST in their responses, they replaced my timer with a different model that DID have the setting features I needed, at no cost to me. In less than a week I had exactly what I needed. I also received follow up emails to see if it worked out for me or if I needed any further assistance.Not only is this (well, both) timers extremely reliable and functioning beautifully, I have not seen such excellent customer service from a seller in…. well, forever! Do not hesitate to purchase from them! Absolutely a wonderful experience!

It was a little hard to figure out,but once we did it worked flawlessly for 2 weeks. Then it started to mess up. We played with it a bit by following manufacturers suggested valve reset. At that time the zones would not work. We have resorted to removing batteries and will try again later. I have a call in to restmo and am hoping for a response as yesterday was last day to return through Amazon. Very disappointing.Just an update! Restmo called me within hours, they state they will replace the faulty item. I hope that in the near future I can let you know that the product worked!Update again, very pleased with replaced product. Works very well and have had no problems with it. Once it was set up I have been able to rely on the timer to water my greenhouse faithfully, thanks again for quick response!
